The Platform
Time-to-power is the entire advantage.
AI demand is compounding faster than the grid can add capacity. The scarce input is not silicon or capital; it is an energized site. We buy that input where it already exists, then engineer everything above it.
Every quarter spent in an interconnection queue is revenue an operator never books.
Greenfield data-center campuses routinely wait three to five years for utility interconnection. An energized site skips the queue entirely. That difference, measured in months instead of years, is what Z Squared sells.
Site selection, utility studies, queue position, substation build, energization.
Acquire energized capacity, re-engineer cooling and density, deploy the workload.
Layer 1.0
Power
The scarce asset, secured first.

The Union County Campus in El Dorado, Arkansas has electric service already flowing under an existing interruptible arrangement with Entergy Arkansas for up to approximately 8.0 MW. That connection is the starting point for phased conversion. A development pathway targets 150+ MW of AI-ready capacity over time through a combination of utility power and on-site generation. Capacity above the existing service arrangement is a development target and is not currently contracted, energized, or delivered.
Layer 2.0
Digital Infrastructure
Conversion, engineered to the workload.

Conversion is where time-to-power becomes real capacity. We re-engineer each site for the density AI hardware demands: electrical distribution, cooling, fiber, physical security, and monitoring, operated to institutional standards. Cooling scales along a defined path as rack density rises.
Air
Proven at fleet scale across our operating sites today.
Liquid
Direct-to-chip cooling as rack densities climb past the limits of air.
Immersion
Part of the conversion path for higher-density workloads as the site is built out.
Layer 3.0
Compute. Yours.
This is the one layer Z Squared does not build.
The customer brings the compute: the GPUs, the servers, the racks of accelerators, the workload, and the decisions about how to run it. Everything underneath (the power, the cooling, the density, the fiber, the security, the remote hands, the operations) is ours to deliver and to keep running.
Your compute. Our everything else.
Your compute. Our everything else.
For NeoCloud and AI/HPC operators, Z Squared delivers the entire layer beneath the servers.

1. Reflects the completed acquisition of 100% of Paradox Data, LLC (closed Sept. 8, 2026; announced Sept. 9, 2026). ~8 MW is existing interruptible electric service with Entergy Arkansas at the Union County Campus — a starting point, not AI-ready delivered capacity. Capacity above that service is a development target and is not currently contracted, energized, or delivered. See the Company's press release and Form 8-K.
