This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information through our website (https://www.zsquaredinc.com) and related online services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  • Browser Storage: A single flag stored in your browser’s local storage that remembers you closed or completed the email signup prompt. It contains no Personal Information and is never sent to us.

  • Log Data: Information automatically collected in log files, as described in the “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” section.

We do not collect Personal Information via cookies unless explicitly provided by you.

We collect Personal Information through:

  • Social Media Interactions: When you engage with our social media accounts.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We do not set analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not currently use a web analytics service. Embedded third-party content, such as the delayed stock chart on our Investor Relations page provided by TradingView, is loaded from that provider’s servers and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. If we add an analytics service in the future, we will update this section before it takes effect.

4. Service Providers and Third-Party Data Sources

We rely on the following service providers, each of which processes data only as needed to provide its service to us:

  • Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.): Stores the email addresses and names of people who sign up for our email alerts and sends those emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Vercel Inc.: Hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
  • TradingView Inc.: Provides the embedded, delayed stock chart on our Investor Relations page.

We do not purchase or receive Personal Information from data brokers, and we do not use automated decision-making processes. As we add providers, we will update this section.
